International Leaders School - India,  November/December 2006

India was impacted deeply with the love of the Father as three International Leaders Schools took place simultaneously in Lonavala - Mumbai (Headed up by John Arnott and Faustin Fernando), Gujarat (headed up by Nigel and June Hamilton) and Goa (headed up by Duncan Smith and Ramesh Naraine).

These were done in cooperation with New Life Christian Fellowship, a large network of churches spanning all over India and headed up by Pastor Joseph Paetor. There were over 200 of his leaders who attended the three schools, many of which were leaders of leaders, having oversight over many other pastors and leaders. This was an amazing opportunity to impact there lives so it can filter down and 'infect' those in there sphere of influence with the great things that God did in there lives.

The week progressed quickly as the people, being conservative in nature, settled in and God began to do His thing. It was incredible to see that after just two days, the change within people as they danced joyously before the Lord as they stepped into there new found freedom in Him. Even resulting in them doing the ‘conga train’, which on the first day would have been unheard of. After each day and even each session you could see them becoming lighter and freer than they have ever been as the Holy Spirit did what He does best.

To see them experience the Holy Spirit in a new way was wonderful as they learned to soak in His presence and receive all that He has for them, which is a lot. Some would be striving at first to receive and give to the Lord, but as they became more like sons and learned to rest in His love they just soaked up His presence.

It is always wonderful to see the values that we carry, the values of the Kingdom, take root and grow within people’s lives that have never really heard about them or experienced them to the degree they did. It was a beautiful site. Hearts were healed, chains broken, marriages restored, minds renewed and lives changed.

On the Saturday morning there was a food outreach program, which CBN sponsored. This was a time of showing the love of God to all the local people as we gave away food and talked to them one on one about God. Over 1500 hungry people received food as well as hundreds of them receiving healings of many kinds, from neck pain leaving to deaf ears hearing and blind eyes seeing. And of course the most amazing of which is those hundreds of people who received Jesus as there Lord and Savior. Our God is So amazing and we give Him all the Glory. The Kingdom of God is here!

Sunday was an opportunity for all the team, over 20 people to go out to different local churches and share what God placed on their hearts. We saw the local body filled afresh with the Holy spirit, along with many more healings and salvations and deliverance. What a God we serve.
